St George's Bay provides a beautiful sandy beach in the heart of St Julian's, Malta's most developed resort area, with excellent beach club facilities, water sports and a lively promenade atmosphere. The Portomaso Marina nearby provides an upscale waterfront dining and shopping experience. Paceville, immediately adjacent, is the centre of Malta's nightlife with the highest concentration of clubs and bars on the island. Valletta, Malta's UNESCO World Heritage capital with the magnificent St John's Co-Cathedral and Grand Master's Palace, is approximately 15 minutes by road or ferry across the harbour. The Sliema waterfront promenade provides excellent shopping and dining within walking distance.
