The west-facing orientation provides excellent sunset views over the Indian Ocean, among the most reliable on the island. The area's proximity to Seychelles International Airport, approximately 15-20 minutes, makes it convenient for arrival and departure while still providing a genuine beach resort atmosphere. Victoria, the Seychelles' small but characterful capital with its clock tower, market and botanical gardens, is within reasonable reach.
