Opened on 1 August 2025 as Minor Hotels' first property in Peru, nhow Lima stands at José Pardo and Atahualpa in the buzzing Miraflores district, moments from Kennedy Park and the cliff-top Malecón. Designed by Bakpak Architects, the building splays into a dramatic V-shape from the eighth floor up, while interiors reinterpret Peru's ancient cultures through neon streaks and arcade-era pop nostalgia, with work by local artists throughout its 243 rooms. Zönico restaurant reimagines Latin American cuisine with Peruvian touches, and the 13th floor holds the Pagano rooftop bar and a mosaic-tiled pool with ocean and city views.
