England · City Guide
London blends royal heritage, world class culture and exceptional hospitality. From iconic landmarks and renowned museums to luxury shopping and fine dining, it remains one of the world's most compelling city destinations.
Elect's take
"London is a city I never get bored of. Every visit reveals something new, whether it's a hidden cocktail bar, an exhibition or a neighbourhood I had not planned to explore."
What keeps drawing me back to London is its variety. Few cities can combine centuries of history, world class culture and a constantly evolving food scene quite so effortlessly. Some of my favourite experiences have come from wandering through Marylebone, discovering independent shops in Notting Hill or spending an afternoon around Greenwich. The city rewards curiosity and always seems to reveal another side of itself. London also excels when it comes to luxury travel. From iconic Mayfair hotels to stylish boutique stays in Covent Garden and South Kensington, there is an exceptional range of places to stay. Combined with outstanding dining, theatre, museums and shopping, it remains one of the few cities where I leave with a list of places I still want to visit.
